Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC. is seeking a qualified professional for Product Transfer and Documentation control to ensure accurate transfer of product and process information from development to production.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align documentation with quality, manufacturing, and customer requirements. The role emphasizes Change Control, Document Control, and ERP/PLM tool usage, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and training while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing/QA/Transfer or related area.
• 1+ year in product commercialization involving quality assurance, manufacturing, transfer or development preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device/biotech industry preferred.
• Experience with Change Control and/or Document Control processes required.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne desired.
• Experience with PLM systems such as Aras Innovator desired.

Responsibilities

• Attend design reviews and project meetings; communicate configuration considerations for product design.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure accuracy of development information for projects.
• Generate documentation for impact assessments and implementation planning (BOMs, Routings, Product Specs).
• Prepare documents required for Configuration management and related records.
• Support departmental training and development of new tools.
• Ensure compliance with MSD quality, ISO and regulatory requirements.
• Duties may vary with departmental needs.
