Job summary

ECHO Incorporated is seeking a Product Training Specialist and Video Content Developer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs. You will produce engaging video content and support training for employees, distributors, and dealers across North and South America.

The role combines hands-on training delivery with multimedia content creation, requiring collaboration with engineering and product teams to stay current on new technologies. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in technical service, engineering, training, or related field.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong technical problem-solving and proactive attitude.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs for products across the ECHO and Shindaiwa portfolio.
• Create high-quality video training content using production and multimedia tools.
• Support distributors and dealers with training resources and programs.
• Expand online learning through ECHO Academy and related platforms.
