Job summary

Illumia, LLC is seeking a Product Instructor to design, develop, and deliver training for clients, partners, and employees. You will create and update learning materials, align curricula with product releases, and measure effectiveness through metrics.

The role involves collaboration with Support, Implementation, and Product Management teams, and requires travel up to 4–15 days per month depending on product support needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years delivering technical training to adult learners.
• Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates instructor-led training (in-person and virtual) for clients, partners and employees.
• Develops and maintains training materials, job aids, guides, and e-learning content.
• Aligns curricula with product releases using ADDIE or similar process.
• Gathers feedback and improves training programs based on analytics.
• Provides post-training support and stays current with product updates.
• Maintains training documentation and logistics.
