Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Associate Product Trainer to educate customers, partners, and employees on product features and business value. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, and technical SMEs to ensure training demonstrates how software solves business needs.

The role emphasizes structured ILT and vILT delivery, content creation, and ongoing program evaluation. Some travel (up to 10%) is required, with remote-friendly options and hybrid work flexibility in Des Moines or Salt Lake City

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate adult training experience with software training.
• Experience in annuities or life insurance industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and public-speaking skills for onsite and web-based training (ILT and vILT).
• Experience with LMS administration and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver structured instructor-led onsite and virtual training sessions for customers, partners, and employees.
• Develop, update, and maintain training modules, courses, and curricula aligned with audience needs and product lines.
• Design, develop, and record product education content, including video materials, and manage content in the LMS.
