Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Product/Textile Designer – Bath in New York, NY. This hands-on role covers concept through production for licensed and private-label bath and soft home brands.

You will create CADs, repeat patterns, colorways, and production-ready tech packs while collaborating with design leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in product/textile/home design, strong textiles knowledge, and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum of experience in product/textile/home design.
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.

The Opportunity

A leading home fashions company is seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support a variety of licensed and private-label brands across bath and other soft home categories. This is a hands-on design position that combines creative development with technical execution throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept through production.

The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with a solid understanding of soft home product design, development, and manufacturing. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details
• Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories
