Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
• Review samples, strike-offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals.
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Location: New York, NY | In-Office | Full Time

The Opportunity

A leading home fashions company is seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support a variety of licensed and private-label brands across bath and other soft home categories. This is a hands-on design position that combines creative development with technical execution throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept through production.

The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with a solid understanding of soft home product design, development, and manufacturing. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details
• Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories
• Review samples, strike-offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
