• Participate in Scrum teams, identify impacts to product calculations in admin systems, and evaluate risk and test coverage needed.
• Lead creation of clear, concise test plans using risk-based scenarios.
• Review test evidence to ensure adherence to the plan.
• Lead meetings to refine test strategy and user stories.
• Collaborate with QE/Product Analyst and Dev to debug/testing issues.
• Proactively identify and communicate testing risks or issues to support timely decisions.

Crew product owner associates collaborate with developers, user experience professionals, and data analysts to prioritize work and to assess outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Use Agile methodologies, participate in Scrum team(s), and assist in identifying impacts/changes to product calculations in administration systems while evaluating risk and test coverage needed
• Lead creation of clear, concise test plans using scenarios from a risk-based framework
• Review test evidence to ensure test execution was completed as written
• Lead meetings to refine test strategy/testing user stories
• Work with QE/Product Analyst and Dev team to debug/triage issues identified during test case execution
• Proactively identify, communicate, and elevate testing risks or issues that may impact project timelines or delivery, providing the Scrum team and project stakeholders with the appropriate level of detail to support timely decision-making and resolution
• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g., generative AI)

Qualifications

• Strong Agile experience, understands SDLC
• Have written test cases and user stories before
• Some QA lead experience
• Financial industry experience can be helpful
• Critical thinking, problem solving is the key to success here
• Strong critical mathematical aptitude
• Able to make an impact within 30 days
• Must be a "see something say something" type person
• Must be comfortable with limited direction, highly driven learner, self-starter who seeks out where they can make an impact - even if they are still learning the subject matter

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
