• Manage Purchase Requisitions: prepare, submit, and track requisitions for contractor resources.
• Coordinate Monthly Resource and Workload Planning with consultants and project leads.
• Monitor contractor allocations and forecast alignment; flag gaps and capacity issues.
• Maintain Contractor Rosters with start/end dates and project associations; ensure timely updates.
• Identify process improvements for procurement and resource planning while ensuring policy compliance.

Location: PA-Audubon, 100% Remote

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Requisition Management:
  • Prepare, submit, and track purchase requisitions for contractor resources supporting the team’s analytical activities, ensuring requests are accurate, timely, and aligned with anticipated resource needs and established procurement processes
• Monthly Resource and Workload Planning:
  • Partner regularly with consultants and project leads to gather, consolidate, and maintain monthly forecasts of contractor resource assignments, including anticipated projects, responsibilities, and estimated hours required for each resource
• Resource Allocation and Forecast Alignment:
  • Establish and maintain a process to monitor contractor assignments against anticipated project needs and forecasted hours, proactively identifying and communicating potential gaps, capacity constraints, or misalignment between available resources and planned work
• Contractor Roster Management:
  • Work with client contractors to maintain accurate and up-to-date rosters, including resource assignments, project affiliations, anticipated hours, start and end dates, and other relevant resource information
  • Ensure updates are completed in a timely manner and properly communicated to appropriate stakeholders
• Process Improvement and Compliance:
  • Identify opportunities to improve resource planning, requisition management, roster maintenance, and contractor coordination processes while ensuring adherence to applicable procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls

Qualifications

• BS – Business Administration or similar
• 3+ years of experience performing a similar role
• Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
• Maintains an exceptional level of customer focus, ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Experience using verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with client operations, markets, and planning functions
• Experience supporting any of client Committees
• Experience with SAP

The salary range for this role is $,06500 to $95,000 or the hourly equivalent.
