Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Product Owner/Analyst to partner with Wealth business leaders and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce-based platform solutions. You will help design and support a modern Wealth Salesforce environment, focusing on security, reliability, and long-term ecosystem growth.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in product ownership/analysis within fintech, with Agile experience and collaboration skills.

• 2+ years of product ownership/analyst experience in fintech or complex enterprise domains.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Wealth business leaders, bankers, advisors, relationship managers, technology teams, and Salesforce partners to understand business needs and translate them into effective platform solutions
• Design and support capabilities across the Wealth Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on creating scalable, reusable solutions
• Help design and build a modern Wealth Salesforce environment leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Support platform capabilities and integrations across Salesforce, Agentforce, RIVA, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, and Data360
• Establish and evolve platform design standards and reusable capabilities to support long-term ecosystem growth
• Ensure solutions are designed with security, scalability, reliability, observability, and compliance in mind
• Translate business requirements into clear technical direction and communicate technical considerations effectively to business stakeholders
• Partner with technology and application development teams on solution design, implementation, testing, and issue resolution
• Evaluate existing processes and platform capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement and modernization
• Support testing and implementation activities across complex projects and platform releases
• Contribute to the continued evolution of the platform, including capabilities that can support future AI-enabled solutions

Qualifications

• Extensive Product Owner/Analyst Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in product, preferably within financial technology or complex enterprise domains
  • Proven track record of assisting design for large-scale projects and platforms
• Strategic Design Thinking
  • Exposure to design thinking, user research, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into innovative solutions
• Collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams, help facilitate workshops, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Agile and Project Management
  • Experience in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery
• Technical Proficiency
  • Experience with Salesforce platform
  • Experience with SF Financial Service cloud a huge bonus
  • Ability to collaborate with technical partners and ensure scalable architecture
• Continuous Learning and Thought Leadership
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, industry certifications, and contributing to the broader product design community
  • Inquisitive, problem-solving approach

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
