Job summary

ITW Electronics Assembly Equipment (EAE) division seeks a senior engineering leader to act as the R&D focal point for product technology, owning architecture, roadmap, and deployment across global teams. You will drive multi-generation technology strategy and collaborate with customers to translate VoC into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end reflow soldering product development.
• Strong understanding of reflow soldering processes and technology trends.
• Knowledge of major reflow products globally.
• Experience in direct customer interaction, gathering voice of customer (VoC).
• Ability to conceptualize new ideas from marketing/customer requirements and develop long-term technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• R&D engineering focal point for overall product technology.
• Lead product architecture and maintain deep knowledge of product requirements, design, and roadmap.
• Drive development and deployment of new product/technology.
• Direct global, cross-functional engineering teams on new product development and sustaining efforts.
• Represent ITW-EAE in technology strategy sessions and with customers.
