Job summary

ITW Electronics Assembly Equipment Division is seeking a high-impact R&D leader to drive product technology strategy for reflow soldering systems. You will own the technical roadmap, coordinate global engineering teams, and collaborate with customers to translate VoC into multi-generation technology plans.

The role requires a strong background in reflow soldering development, customer interaction, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex programs while shaping IP strategy
