Job summary

ITW Electronics Assembly Equipment (EAE) division seeks a Product Technology Leader to drive end-to-end reflow soldering development and maintain deep product knowledge. You will define technology roadmaps, coordinate global engineering teams, and guide multi-generation strategies.

Responsibilities include leading innovation, managing IP development, and translating VoC into actionable requirements, with extensive collaboration across worldwide teams and with customers.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering with 10+ years in product design and development.
• Experience leading multi-generation technology roadmaps and product strategy.
• Direct interaction with customers to capture VoC and translate to requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as R&D engineering focal point for product technology and roadmap.
• Lead global engineering teams on new product development and sustaining projects.
• Own IP strategy, roadmap, and technology innovation exploration.
• Represent ITW-EAE in technical meetings, conferences, and customer sessions.
• Capture market trends and customer needs to shape multi-generation roadmaps.
