• Financial fluency: Comfortable reading a P&L, categorizing software spend, and spotting when costs are misaligned.
• Strong written communication: Able to write clearly on behalf of senior leaders across Slack, email, and company-wide announcements.
• High judgment and discretion: You'll have visibility into sensitive financials, leadership conversations, and vendor negotiations.
• Process-orientation: You like building clean systems out of messy situations and maintaining them over time.
• Affinity for Technology: You feel at home in a software team, learn new tools quickly, review tech contracts, and crunch numbers.
• AI fluency: Exceptional use of AI tools (Claude, etc.) to move faster on research, drafts, and follow-ups.
• Comfort with ambiguity: This role spans two leaders, multiple teams, and a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Keep operations running across product and engineering leadership so strategy stays on track.
• Own tech spend tracking, vendor reviews, and the R&D Tax Credit process.
• Let the product roadmap stay current and accountable with timely rituals.
• Coordinate leadership communications and ensure meetings are prepared and followed up on.
• Arrange on-sites, conferences, screenings, and team events from booking to execution.
