Job summary

Experis Mechatronics division in Utah seeks a Product Systems Engineer to translate product goals into robust system requirements and ensure traceable design decisions across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Management, Safety, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software teams to deliver safe, compliant designs and effective interface documents. Competitive hourly pay and onsite contribution are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining system/subsystem requirements and interface control documentation.
• Ability to specify functional and non-functional requirements and produce detailed subsystem specification documents.
• Experience analyzing impact when stakeholder requirements change and updating requirements accordingly.
• Experience participating in conceptual design, documentation processes, and leading design reviews for traceability and compliance.
• Experience reviewing and approving test plans and procedures to ensure alignment with requirements, plus evaluating new requests and providing accurate estimates for new features and functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder collaboration, the ability to translate product goals into system requirements, and a commitment to safety-focused engineering practices which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Mendon, UT (Onsite)

Pay Range: $45-53/hr
