Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mech & Robotics Tech to join the Operations Maintenance team at a client’s datacenter in Sun Prairie, WI. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment, install automated packaging and distribution equipment, and promote safe, well-documented preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, can work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays), 1 year PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook), can lift up to 49 lbs, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights and holidays.
• 1 year of experience with PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physical ability to move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Maintenance in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE including belts, motors, relays, and photo-eyes.
