Job summary
Network Solutions, part of Endurance International Group, seeks a technically skilled Product Support Associate to be the first point of contact for clients. You will troubleshoot issues, provide timely feedback, and support rollout of new applications across hosting products and DNS services.
The role requires graduates with engineering/CS background, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a 24/7 rotational schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
- Strong customer service and written/spoken communication.
- Ability to diagnose customer needs and provide timely feedback.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services.
- Follow up with clients to ensure problems are resolved.
- Handle escalations via email/calls and across channels.
- Interact with customers via calls, chats, and emails to identify root causes.
- Test and analyze active and upcoming products and services.
- Report bugs and contribute to solutions to improve experience.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and operations.
- Work in a 24/7 rotational shift pattern.
