Inpro is a leading manufacturer of architectural products for commercial spaces and is seeking a Product Support Specialist for Privacy Systems (Clickeze) and Window Treatments (Inpro WT). You will support the product team with data, quotes, and technical information, becoming a go-to product expert.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to make good decisions, prioritize tasks and follow through to completion.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and software applications.
• Willingness to learn and grow your career.

Responsabilités

• Sales Support: Answer a variety of product questions from inside and outside sales teams, building up a knowledge base of common questions and answers.
• Order Entry Support: Create part numbers and custom quotes for the sales and customer service teams.
• Customer Support: Verify dimensions on customer supplied order forms and send to vendors for quotes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide product data and information upon request and help product managers develop internal product information resources.
