You will support the product management team with product data, custom quotes, and technical information, serving as a go-to product expert.

The role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset and a desire to learn more about product management.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sales support: answer product questions for inside/outside sales and build knowledge base.
• Order entry support: create part numbers and custom quotes.
• Customer support: verify dimensions on order forms and obtain quotes.
