Job summary

Atlantic Coast Toyotalift is seeking a motivated on-site representative in Rocky Mount, VA to expand our parts, service, and rental revenues. You will act as the main contact for customers, identify needs, and present tailored quotes while promoting rentals and service offerings.

The role requires solid sales or rental experience in construction or heavy equipment, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and organized daily planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or rental house, especially in construction, diesel, or heavy equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organizational ability to plan daily visits for maximum effect.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
• Identify and locate new customers through networking, cold calls, etc.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of our products, parts, and service offerings
• Provide information and quotes to customers
• Focus on gaining rentals in the assigned area
• Follow‑up with leads and recommend service repairs, shop jobs, or other major fieldwork
• Assist A/R with the collection of unpaid invoices
• Prepare rental and service reports as requested by customers

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has some sales or rental house experience especially in the construction, diesel, or heavy equipment fields. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
