Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join the Technical Product Support Department. You will guide customers through product options, specifications, and pricing, and prepare estimates and AutoCAD drawings to aid customization and planning.

Collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D, you will help develop feasible solutions and support dealers and trade professionals with knowledge and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of estimating, drafting, or related construction experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD training provided.
• Associate degree preferred; strong teamwork and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate, timely guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Prepare detailed pricing estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings to support product customization and project planning.
• Address complex and unique challenges through creative and practical problem-solving approaches, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to develop feasible solutions that meet production and design standards.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals, enhancing their product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Contribute to departmental goals by maintaining high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality.
