Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support Department. You will help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications and provide clear, timely support to meet customer needs and production requirements.

Relocation and sign-on bonuses are offered; you will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D to ensure feasible solutions and learn AutoCAD through training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
• Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals
