Position Overview

Product Support Specialist in the Medium Voltage Transformer Team, part of the US Energy Business, located in Nashville, Tennessee. This team is responsible for managing and executing the front and back office functions to support the execution of our MV Transformer offer with our Brand Label Suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Field Sales Organization
• Support Quote Specialists with the quotation process
• Clarify orders between Field Office and Brand Labeled Suppliers
• Receive and validate quotations from Brand Labeled Suppliers against specifications
• Host Customer Witness Testing as required
• Assist in training Field Sales on the MV Transformer product line
• Other related duties as required

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other related field
• Familiarity or hands‑on experience with transformers, including MV transformers, through work, training, or related exposure
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a practical approach to problem solving
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize both short‑ and long‑term tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to a wide range of internal and external customers and suppliers (both written and verbal)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
• Comfortable reviewing and interpreting technical information such as project drawings or one‑line diagrams (or a willingness to learn)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Schneider Electric products, systems, or processes
• Experience with tools such as SAP, SE Advantage, Mainframe, or Windchill
