Job summary

McCann Industries Inc. in Marne, MI seeks a motivated Product Support Sales Representative to cultivate service, parts, maintenance packages, and extended warranties while enhancing customer satisfaction in the Parts and Service business.

You will locate and meet current and potential customers, enter leads into CRM, follow up on repairs, promote parts packages, and coordinate with Service Managers to schedule maintenance inspections. A degree or related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter customer profile information into CRM.
• Post-sale follow-up and relationship building for aftermarket sales opportunities.
• Follow up on repairs and coordinate service with customers.
• Promote service, parts, and maintenance packages to customers.
• Develop quotes and schedules for service work with Branch Service Managers.
• Promote parts packages and manage inventory awareness with customers.
• Enter leads into CRM to notify Sales and Product Support managers.
• Contribute input for marketing and promotions.
• Log daily customer call activities for quality tracking.
