Stephenson Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to cover the McDonald, PA territory. The role focuses on growing parts, service, maintenance agreements, and rental-related solutions while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 6 months to 1 year of related construction equipment experience or training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate technical and business information.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual parts and service sales goals.
• Increase aftermarket parts and service sales in SEI's market.
• Develop and grow participation in service agreements and preventive maintenance programs.
• Serve as customer advocate by identifying needs and delivering timely solutions.
• Expand attachment sales and rental revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate sale of extended warranties and preventive maintenance contracts.
• Build and maintain a strategic Key Accounts portfolio.
• Conduct daily field-based sales calls in the assigned territory.
