Job summary

TriStar JCB in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a Product Support Sales Representative to drive parts and service solutions for our customers. You will inspect customer-owned equipment and develop service recommendations, leveraging our status as a JCB authorized dealer to deliver value-driven, customer-focused outcomes.

You'll manage inquiries, build quotes, and cultivate lasting relationships while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment maintenance and repair practices.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Establish new customer accounts.
• Service and maintain existing customer accounts.
• Meet and exceed strategic goals.
• Utilize CRM system to manage customer relationships.
• Develop strong customer relationships.
• Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers.
• Develop equipment quotes and financing quotes as needed.
• Meet requirements for continued professional development.
