Job summary

TriStar JCB, the JCB dealer for Tennessee, is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative in Murfreesboro. You will drive sales of parts and service solutions, inspect customer equipment, and recommend maintenance options to build lasting relationships.

Ideal candidates have strong selling skills, solid mechanical understanding, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office. This full-time, onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow with a national equipment leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish new customer accounts.
• Service and maintain existing customer accounts.
• Meet and exceed strategic goals.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships.
• Develop equipment quotes, financing quotes, and other sales proposals.
• Meet continued professional development requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
