Job summary

ASCO Equipment in Austin, TX is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to build relationships with customers by selling preventive maintenance packages and shop and field service repairs. The PSSR will call on current ASCO customers and develop new business through calls to customer offices, shops and job-site locations within the assigned territory.

They will quote and sell parts and service, PM contracts, address customer concerns, provide technical support, and collect profiling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven sales ability and strong customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, negotiation and organization.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Market parts and service sales such as preventive maintenance plans, machine inspections, repairs, remanufactured components, warranties, and promotions.
• Perform follow-up calls on complete goods and major parts and service sales.
• Assist after-sales service calls to ensure equipment operates as expected.
• Provide limited technical support when appropriate.
• Ensure Parts/Service estimates meet ASCO pricing and approval standards.
• Manage pre-planning, post-call notes, and follow-up actions using a CRM tool.
• Adhere to safety rules and complete safety training as required.
• Represent ASCO professionally at all times.
