Nextran Truck Centers is seeking an Inventory Control & Expeditor in Duluth, GA to ensure accurate receiving, pricing, and stocking of parts across locations. You will reconcile paperwork, prep parts for sale, and support dealer operations with timely transfers.

The role requires strong communication, numerical skills, and reliable attendance to maintain smooth parts flow and core credit processes for our dealership network.

• Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance.

Responsabilités

• Check in parts and reconcile receiving with packing slips to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
• Stock inventory and rotate stock on shelves.
• Process, file, and code rebates monthly.
• Review OEM invoices for accuracy and code accordingly.
• Ensure invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts.
• Ship parts to assigned locations.
• Complete purchase orders and verify prices before posting.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders and follow up with vendors.
• Coordinate with parts counters and drivers on transfers.
• Manage core activities from core credit to returns.

As an Inventory Control & Parts Expeditor, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

• Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and that pricing is accurate.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
• Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
• Process, file and code all rebates monthly.
• Review and code invoices sent from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure that all dealership and OEM invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received.
• Ship parts to assigned locations.
• Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders, follow up with vendors as necessary.
• Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations.
• Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• High School Diploma, College, or technical training preferred but not required.
