Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire two Product Support Specialists to join their customer support and sales operations team. This position serves as a key point of contact for distributors, sales representatives, and customers by providing product guidance, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

• Support for customers in manufacturing/industrial product environments.
• Experience entering and managing orders in ERP systems.
• Strong communication and ability to explain pricing clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with timely resolution.
• Assist sales by providing product information, pricing, lead times, and order status.
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs and application requirements.
• Enter, review, and manage customer orders with accuracy through the lifecycle.
• Use CRM and business systems to document interactions and maintain records.
• Monitor inventory and production data to provide delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Support team coverage through cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain records and ensure all transactions comply with procedures.
