Job summary

Credence is seeking a Product Support Manager at the journeyman level to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/LG) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will help manage product support tasks, coordinate with program offices, and develop training materials to ensure effective fielding and sustainment of weapon systems.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with DoD experience or seven years of related work with required certifications.

Qualifications

• Active or current Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field with at least three years of DoD experience.
• OR seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with providing logistics support and guidance to program offices in product support tasks.
• Develop training materials and provide on-site or virtual training for program offices.
• Perform control activities: schedule and progress monitoring; respond to inquiries; manage risks.
