Job summary

Credence is seeking a Product Support Manager to support the AFLCMC/LG directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will focus on logistics support, training delivery, risk and task monitoring, and developing standardized product support processes.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a related degree, and DoD experience, with opportunities to coordinate with defense agencies and program offices. Join a mission-driven team delivering critical defense capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree with DoD experience or equivalent.
• Five+ years in a USAF program office or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with logistics support and guidance to program offices.
• Develop training materials and deliver on-site or virtual sessions.
• Monitor schedules, progress, and risks for program tasks.
• Create standard processes, tools, and templates for product support.
• Prepare guides, standards, contract language, and metrics.
• Provide outreach by responding to inquiries and conducting research.
• Coordinate with OSD and multiple defense agencies as needed.
• Participate in staff visits, briefings, and coordination of tasks.
