Teradyne is seeking a Product Support Engineer in North Reading, MA to provide world-class support for current and future semiconductor test products. You will serve as a subject-matter expert across Teradyne platforms and collaborate with Product Development and NPI teams to prepare new products for field deployment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering, 3+ years of experience, and strong Power/Embedded/Networking expertise. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for the current and future Teradyne semiconductor test products.
• Be recognized as a subject matter expert across Teradyne platforms.
• Develop training materials and conduct training for field service engineers worldwide.
• Identify opportunities to use technology to improve the way we deliver support to our customers.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve the reliability of our systems.
• Engage with Product Development and NPI teams to influence and prepare new products for deployment to the field.
• Develop and update service documentation for field installations and preventive maintenance.
