Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or completed within last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Support maintainability, human factors, and operation/maintenance analyses for mechanical and rocket propulsion systems.
• Contribute to concept development for rocket engines during early design phases.
• Perform Field Engineering and Logistics tasks to ensure products meet customer needs.
• Support spacecraft integration for advanced propulsion concepts, including CONOPS, functional flow, affordability assessments, and operational/cost estimates.
• Provide Field Engineering and launch support for vehicles using liquid and solid propulsion systems.
• Assist with Ground Support Equipment and large-scale facility integration for NASA and Department of War propulsion programs.
• Conduct operational analysis and develop concepts of operations, system designs, and implementation plans.
• Create and execute test plans, test procedures, and test cases; document results.
• Use software tools and scripting for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Support development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external customers.
• Travel up to 20% to L3Harris facilities, suppliers, and customer sites.
• Requires ability to obtain Department of War security clearance; dual citizenship may restrict eligibility.
