Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join the Dive-XL team, supporting and maintaining the Extra Large Autonomous Undersea Vehicles. You will work on a rotating roster, providing technical guidance, root cause analysis, and coordination with engineering to implement fixes across the fleet.

You will conduct investigations, develop diagnostics, and contribute to monitoring, runbooks, and service communications to reduce downtime and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering on complex systems (software, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic or systems).
• Ability to independently root cause difficult, ambiguous faults from limited data.
• Hands-on experience with real hardware in field/production/testing environments.
• Strong engineering judgment under time pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-call engineering support to teams operating and maintaining fielded AUVs, including outside business hours on a rotating roster.
• Determine what happened from logs, telemetry, configuration and maintenance history and define workarounds.
• Lead root cause investigations to a defensible conclusion and drive necessary changes.
• Chair disposition of Material Review Boards and manage fleet-wide system limitations.
• Translate fleet data into engineering recommendations and drive changes through design teams.
• Develop monitoring, alerting and diagnostic tooling and runbooks to shorten response times.
• Publish service bulletins and track incorporation across the fleet.
• Create operations, troubleshooting, incident response and maintenance publications.
• Govern the as-maintained configuration and SBOM.
