Job summary

Power-Motive-Corporation is seeking a PC/PM Services Specialist to support parts and service across all product lines in the assigned territory. You will be the primary customer contact while coordinating repair, replacement decisions and PM growth initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience with heavy equipment service, strong admin skills, and a customer-focused approach to expand the service base and profitability. This full-time position follows a standard 8-hour weekday shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years experience servicing heavy equipment.
• 3-5 years administrative/clerical experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience.
• 3-5 years sales experience preferred.
• Proficient data entry and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting key parts and service functions for PMC product lines.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers in the assigned territory.
• Manage key commodity items for repair or replacement: Undercarriage/Tires, GET, Filters & Oils.
• Grow preventative maintenance (PM) business and expand the PM service machine base.
• Sell cost/hr and/or block services.
• Assist customers with component repair, rebuild and replacement decisions: major/minor components.
• Welding fabrication and line-boring.
