Job summary

Power Motive Corporation in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Experienced PSSR to support parts and service across PMC product lines. You will be the primary customer contact in the territory and help drive PM service growth.

The role requires 5+ years in servicing heavy equipment, strong administrative and customer service experience, and sales exposure. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 annually with day shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Some college or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years experience servicing heavy equipment.
• 3-5 years administrative/clerical experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience.
• 3-5 years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting key parts and service functions for all PMC’s product lines.
• PSSR is the key point of contact for all customers in the assigned territory.
• Grow preventative maintenance (PM) business by expanding the PM service machine base.
• Assist customers with component repair, rebuild and replacement decisions.
