Job summary

Power Motive Corporation in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Experienced PSSR to support parts and service across PMC product lines. You will be the primary customer contact in the territory and help drive PM service growth.

The role requires 5+ years in servicing heavy equipment, strong administrative and customer service experience, and sales exposure. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 annually with day shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Some college or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years experience servicing heavy equipment.
• 3-5 years administrative/clerical experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience.
• 3-5 years sales experience preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The primary role of this position is to assist in supporting key parts and service functions for all PMC’s product lines. The PSSR is the key point of contact for all customers in the assigned territory and is a crucial component of PMC’s success versus the competition.

Key Job Activities

• Manage key ‘commodity’ items for repair and or replacement:
  • Undercarriage/Tires
  • Ground Engaging Tools (GET)
  • Filters & Oils
• Grow preventative maintenance (PM) business:
  • Expand existing PM service machine base
  • Sell cost/hr and or block services
• Assist customer with component repair, rebuild and or replacement decisions:
  • Major components/minor components
  • Welding fabrication and line-boring

Job Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Some college or trade school preferred
• 5+ years experience servicing heavy equipment
• 3-5 years administrative/clerical experience
• 5+ years customer service experience
• 3-5 years sales experience preferred

Physical Demands & Competencies:

• Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing

• Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, etc.
• Medium work that includes lifting and/or moving objects up to 32 pounds or more
