Zocks is seeking a Manager, Customer Success in Denver to lead a high-caliber team serving SMB advisors in wealth management. You will accelerate activation, expand usage, and partner with Product, Marketing and Sales to ensure customers realize value from Zocks and to drive scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scale customer success, implementation, activation or similar, with 3+ years direct people leadership experience building and managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Customer Success Specialists Team with a high bar for engagement and product expertise.
• Drive adoption and value realization by delivering scalable programs for SMB customers and monitoring adoption metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing to identify expansion opportunities and create repeatable playbooks.
