Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Product Strategy & Operations Lead to align product strategy with execution across Product, Engineering, and Design. You will work closely with senior leaders to establish and continuously improve operational systems that connect strategy to delivery.

This senior role focuses on building rigorous planning, measurement infrastructure, and scalable operating systems. You will drive end-to-end release management and a structured post-launch adoption process to accelerate

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product operations, business operations, strategy, or closely adjacent function inside a high-growth technology company.
• Ability to understand complex, technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences.
• Deep familiarity with the full software development lifecycle — you understand how EPD teams plan, build, and ship, and have experience improving those processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run planning for Rippling EPD, including annual planning, offshoot workstreams and decision frameworks.
• Own EPD business rhythms: weekly reviews, monthly reviews, planning cycles and roadmaps.
• Establish processes governing the product development lifecycle from requirements to go-to-market.
• Ensure releases flow into the Launch Calendar and improve pace and quality.
• Develop a post-launch product adoption framework to drive outcomes and learnings.
• Maintain go-to-market and customer feedback loops for market view.
• Partner with Data Engineering/Science to support analytical infrastructure.
• Ensure team health, capacity visibility, and proper staffing for bets.
• Own end-to-end release management and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and hold partners accountable without formal authority.
