Job summary

Liminal, a Denver-based AI security startup, seeks a Director of Product to own product strategy and day-to-day execution. You will partner with the CEO and CTO to translate vision into a clear, executable roadmap and ensure engineering builds the right things in the right order.

This is an individual contributor path with potential for broader leadership as the company scales. You’ll shape processes, metrics, and customer engagements to drive growth and secure regulatory-ready AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of product management experience with ownership of both strategy and execution.
• Hands-on product leader in an early-stage or fast-moving environment.
• Strong background collaborating with engineering teams in agile development.
• Proven ability to lead products from early validation through growth and iteration.
• Experience balancing multiple stakeholders and making tough prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunity.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
• Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to reduce ambiguity and accelerate delivery.
• Synthesize feedback from customers, sales, and partners into actionable product insights.
