Liminal seeks a founding Applied AI Enablement Lead to turn secure AI access into everyday business value. You will build and lead the customer enablement function, serving as an AI cheerleader, educator, and trusted advisor.

• Drive Adoption & Growth: Execute account enablement plans that move enterprise customers from rollout to broad usage, targeting weekly active usage from 20% to 70%+ within 90 days.

• Liminal is looking for a founding Applied AI Enablement Lead to turn secure AI access into everyday business value.
• You will build and lead the customer enablement function, serving as an AI cheerleader, educator, and trusted advisor.

Drive Adoption & Growth:

• Execute account enablement plans that move enterprise customers from rollout to broad usage, targeting weekly active usage from 20% to 70%+ within 90 days.
• Track user activation, feature adoption, and retention across assigned accounts to ensure sustained product value.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify expansion signals and support renewal discussions.

Educate & Empower Users:

• Lead workshops, lunch-and-learns, and 1:1 sessions to make generative AI practical and approachable for non-technical knowledge workers.
• Work with business teams to identify high-value use cases and guide users in building custom AI assistants.

Build & Scale the Function:

• Establish enablement playbooks, training collateral, and partner certification programs to scale adoption.
• Hire and mentor future enablement team members as customer demand grows.
