Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio covering Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities within Provider Data & Reimbursement. You will guide a team of Product Managers, align with business and technology partners, and translate customer needs into a cohesive roadmap and investment cases.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field
• 3 years of Leadership Experience
• Experience in healthcare industry (preferred)
• Experience working in an agile development environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring decisions, coaching, rewards, performance management, and staff organization
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: help develop and refine strategy and roadmaps via market research and interviews
• Requirements Definition & Backlog Management: ensure accurate backlog management by the team
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, design, marketing, sales and others in agile ceremonies
• Product Development & Launch: oversee development across portfolio ensuring quality and foresight
• Customer Engagement: solicit feedback and conduct user testing to understand needs
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: monitor trends and competitive landscape
• Team Collaboration & Support: align with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
