Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Product Manager to define strategy, roadmap, and performance for a portfolio of clinical programs and care management solutions. You will connect business, clinical, operational, analytics, and technology teams to drive delivery of products supporting Highmark's Living Health strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Experience in product management within healthcare preferred.
Strong business case development and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for clinical programs and care management solutions.
Lead products through lifecycle from opportunity to retirement and optimization.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, analytics, technology, and vendor teams to deliver outcomes.
Design member journeys and engagement strategies to improve outcomes and affordability.
Establish success metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.
