You will build a high-performing Product Management team, align roadmaps with customer needs and enterprise goals, and translate insights into investment recommendations and business cases for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry (preferred).
• Experience working in an agile development environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, rewards, performance management and staff productivity; organize and direct daily operations.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps; conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
• Ensure accuracy in requirements definition and backlog management by the product management team.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and other teams; participate in agile ceremonies.
• Manage product development processes across multiple products in the portfolio; ensure quality and strategic foresight.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, perform user testing and research activities.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the product management team; stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices in healthcare.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
