Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Product Manager for Provider Data to define the vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for Provider Data products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio. You will treat provider datasets—demographics, network tiers, credentialing, contracts, and endpoints—as API-driven assets to support CMS compliance and No Surprises Act efforts.

You will bridge business strategy with engineering, align roadmaps with key partners, and drive end-to-end delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of Product experience.
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year with the Agile process.

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic product vision and strategy aligned to the roadmap.
• Own and refresh the product backlog with cross-functional input.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Collaborate with Provider Operations, PIM, and engineering teams.
• Identify asset improvements and value across products.
