Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio of healthcare products across Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities. You will build and guide a high-performing PM team and align stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• 3 years of Leadership Experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product strategy and roadmaps for a portfolio of healthcare products.
• Develop and coach a PM team, ensuring delivery of outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations across functions.
