Job summary

HMSA in Hawaii seeks an experienced product liaison to drive feasibility, requirements gathering, and governance across the product lifecycle. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align business and IT teams, manage complex product and benefit builds, and ensure smooth transitions from development to production.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility and requirements across the product lifecycle: gather and prioritize product and client requirements; refine vision; identify roadblocks; provide solutions.
• Liaise between HMSA and external business, operational, and IT departments to align technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage business rules, guardrails, and complex product/benefit builds; oversee workflow from development to production.
• Lead future and ongoing product and benefit integration and mapping with the product/benefits system and other systems.
• Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary.
• Perform all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
