Job summary

Antaira Technologies, a leading provider of industrial Ethernet and wireless solutions, is seeking a Jr. Product Specialist to join our Las Vegas HQ.

In this office-based role, you will work with the Product Management team to develop strategies and go-to-market plans for our product lines. You will collaborate with marketing, engineering, and field teams to position products, create documentation, and support launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in product management, networking, or related roles.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and field application engineering teams.
• Support product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across assigned product lines.
• Develop market expertise in Automation, Security, ITS sectors to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work with engineering, marketing, sales and support to define product requirements and launches.
• Create and maintain datasheets, QIGs, user manuals, and technical briefs.
• Lead competitive analysis and GTM activities; support product launches.
