Job summary

Antaira Technologies, a leading provider of industrial Ethernet and wireless solutions, is seeking a Jr. Product Specialist to join our Las Vegas HQ.

In this office-based role, you will work with the Product Management team to develop strategies and go-to-market plans for our product lines. You will collaborate with marketing, engineering, and field teams to position products, create documentation, and support launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in product management, networking, or related roles.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

This position is for a Jr. Product Specialist. This is an office-based position out of Antaira Global Headquarters in Las Vegas, NV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Work within the Product Management team to develop and implement company product strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and field application engineering (FAE) teams to enhance and promote Antaira's product positioning and brand image.
• Support product strategy, development, and lifecycle management activities across assigned product lines.
• Develop market expertise by conducting research within the Automation, Security, and Intelligent Transportation System sectors to identify market trends, customer needs, competitive developments, and potential product opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and technical support to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.
• Create, update, and maintain essential product documentation, including datasheets, Quick Installation Guides (QIGs), user manuals, and technical product briefs.
• Lead competitive analysis initiatives to position products effectively within the market.
• Support go-to-market activities for new and existing products, including product positioning, pricing analysis, sales enablement materials, and promotional initiatives.
• Create impactful content and review technical documentation, including but not limited to white papers, product briefs, application notes, and articles.
• Train and support teams through internal and external product training sessions and technical support to sales teams, channel partners, and customers.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, assist with quality improvement initiatives, and recommend product enhancements in collaboration with engineering and product management teams.
• Support project management initiatives related to product development and customer deployments.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to promote Antaira solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, networking, or related technical roles.
• Strong technical background in Ethernet networking and wireless technologies.
• Exposure to Automation, Security, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), or other industrial markets is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across technical, sales, and executive teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project engineering skills.
• Highly self-motivated with a passion for technology, innovation, and delivering customer success.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish or Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 30%).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel.
