Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Austin seeks a Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager - Networking to lead product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for networking solutions.

You will translate complex technologies into customer value propositions, develop GTM plans, create sales enablement assets, and collaborate with sales, engineering, partners, and marketing to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Networking, Technology Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience supporting networking technologies, infrastructure solutions, or adjacent enterprise technology markets.
• Experience developing go-to-market plans, sales enablement assets, and customer-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy for SHI's networking solutions portfolio, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market planning.
• Serve as the marketing subject matter expert for networking technologies, market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, solution briefs, case studies, and customer-facing content.
• Develop content and messaging for customer events, executive briefings, webinars, roadshows, and partner engagements.
